Phuket, Thailand [ Day 2 ]

Weather:
All of us slept late last night as we drank absolut peach. So this particular morning, all of us have to wake up early cause we planned to go coral island. Before we head to the pier in a bus, we had international breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast is included in our package so don't waste money. We had a long day with many events from morning to night. A well planned day with enough of rest in between. Our day plan goes like this: First, go to Coral Island, then massage, dinner and Simon Cabaret.

Breakfast

Preparing to go for breakfast at the hotel.
Cecilia and Judy have to drink milo before breakfast. So cute!

That's our international breakfast.
I only had a little salad and cereal as I wasn't that hungry.
The rest did have quite a lot before they need the energy to play later. lol.

Cecilia enjoying herself with her own creation of egg, ham and sausage filling sandwich.
Don't mind her sleepiness as all of us didn't get enough of sleep and waking up at 0630hrs.

For our Coral Island package cost us about 1200 Baht per person. The package includes to and from the pier in mini bus, to and from pier to coral island in speed boat, lunch, beach chair, snorkeling goggles and banana boat. We definitely had a lot of fun and burn at coral island. Due to this short trip, we can't really go island hopping. Maybe me and dearest should go back sometime later.

Coral Island

In the mini bus on our way to the speed boat centre to get our life vest and snorkeling goggles.
We caught one guy who got this funny twisted towel up on his head. lol. Wonder how he do that.

Us walking towards the pier. So while waiting for the speed boat to arrive, I was busy snapping.

Judy and Cecilia was also busy snapping themselves so I snapped them.
The picture in the middle is dearest with the tour guide, Jack, who bring us to and from Coral Island.

The gang.
Ooo...it's just so shiny out there.

Preparing to walk the shaky and scary no handles bridge to the boat.

We share the speed boat with one group of koreans. It seems like most of koreans are scared to sit at the front of the speed boat so we took the front. It's was so cool and the wind just kept blowing at our faces.
We were making a lot of "Woo" and "Yeah" as the boat go up and down because of the wave.

That was the clear sea water of coral island and some one parachuting.
We didn't try as it was a short one and the price wasn't worth it.

While I was tanning, the doggy walk towards the beach chair beside mine and hide underneath to take a nap.
What a smart dog! The dogs are quite friendly.

Just some random shots.

Cecilia got a cut on her forth toe as she walks back to shore after snorkeling.
Ouucchhh! Pain~

This white cute and not little (bigger than Louis) white dog on the top was one of the tourist attraction at the island.
Doggy was was swimming and playing around with all the tourist the whole morning. The dog is so cute cause he knows how to entertain different groups of tourist. Later on two more dogs joined in the waters with Cecilia.

After all this playing, snapping and tanning, it was time for lunch.
We have sweet and sour fish, fried chicken, stir-fry chicken, stir-fry veggies and vegetables soup.

While waiting for the speed boat to arrive and bring us back, Cecilia took some time to build herself a miniature sandcastle with a little decorations. Judy also took a handful of pictures of the sandcastle.

Both of them so "emo". Wondering what are they looking at.

Caught a little creature on the beach. It's called the hermit crab.

One of their guide on the beach caught three fishes.
The fishes are of weird colors that are not commonly found in the market.
(click on the web gallery at the end of the blog to see the enlarged version)

Both guys resting on the beach chairs with the same style. Just so coincident!

After our bath at the hotel, we also got our tour guide, Ji Ji, to get us a full body Thai massage session. The price was 400 Baht for 2 hours. It's the same price as the one we go in Bangkok.

Thai Massage

For a full package of service, they even have a driver to pick us up from the hotel to the massage parlour.
The driver have a cute little puppy dog. The doggy is so soft, cuddly and quiet.

That's the driver which is also the dog owner.
I realised that the doggy likes to lick his owner's hand.

Saw this BIG dog at just outside the massage parlour.
I wonder does it belongs to the massage parlour owner or the customer's.
But who cares huh. The dog is quite pretty and tame.

After all the resting and massaging, it's dinner time. Hmmm Yumm! We are oh so hungry. Food food food! Yesh!

Dinner

It's dinner time.
Walk along the street and came across this shop which sells local food like noodles and rice.

We have 烧肉饭 (BBQ Pork rice), pig's blood and noodles.
The noodles and the rice is good. It's better than eating western.
The noodles is so smooth and the rice had quite similiar taste to the ones in Singapore.

That's my longan drink to cool myself down after getting burnt from the tann.

After dinner it's time for our Simon Cabaret show. Relax and enjoy our evening. So cool.

Simon Cabaret

Bored while waiting for the show to start.
We have to wait about half an hour. Sigh.

Drinks are complimentary but what is so special about this drink lei?
Ehhh...they poke it at the private part of the lady in the picture.
I think they are too bored waiting.

These are some pictures of the show. I do have a handful of videos but I can't seem to load it online.

I think this person is a guy loh.
He is so damn funny making all his fats moving.

This part is in korean. Both of them singing some famous korean song.
Due to there are many koreans at Phuket, they have to improvise their show.
For your information, the guy is quite good looking. No wonder Judy can't take her eyes off him.

Lining up for tourist to choose who they want to take pictures with.

We took pictures with a few of them whom we think are pretty.
The guy wearing white is the guy that Judy likes. Haha.
Pictures are charge 20 Baht per person.

Judy with another pretty one.
After looking at them close up, Judy said something very funny.
She said: "身为女人,我很惭愧."

Dearest and me took picture with one that look like Taiwan's Li Jing.
She told us that she came to Sentosa to do a show.
She is one of the main character in the show therefore taking picture with her cost us 100 Baht.

Supper

After the show, it's still kinda early. So we went back to the 串烧 stall to get some more 串烧 to go with liquor back at our hotel room. This time around, we no longer order 3 sticks. If I'm not wrong we ordered almost 60 sticks and 2 BBQ cuttlefish.

The drumstick is so darn delicious. I'm so craving for it now.
The cuttlefish is not those hard like chewing gums kind. It can be chew easily.
Good for people who like cuttlefish but have weak teeth.

We drank a little bit by a little bit and at some point Judy got tipsy. She kind of ask us some funny questions like why would people be petty.Ehhh. I seriously don't know how to answer her question.
Dearest was eating and laughing at Judy's question at the same time.

Judy caught on camera when she is kind of drunk. Oops.
