Zx's Mum's Birthday

It is dearest's mum's birthday today. We went Harbour City Restaurant at PSA Building for dinner. It's the first time I been there. Dearest said that they have very nice tim sum but I've yet to try. I've made a card for his mother. Don't know if she likes it. Hope she likes the card and enjoyed her dinner as well.

Definitely have 寿包 for the birthday girl.

Shark's fin with alot of scallop.

Thick gravy not much of shark's fin but alot of scallop.

Oh my! That's alot of MAYO on the lobster salad!

That's really scary. But not bad cause got alot of fruits underneath.

The outlook is funny right. It's prawn roll.

Surprisingly, it's quite tasty with the sauce and crispy skin.

Abalone and vegetables. Ehh. the abalone isn't that good I would say.

But not bad for the sauce and the vegetables.

This one is fried scallops.

The outer skin is fried yam and on the inside is filled with mango and scallop.

Peking duck. Hmm. Most restaurants uses popiah skin but this restaurant use fry egg.

Hmm. Not really that nice. Had some fanatastic ones elsewhere.

Fried chicken. Really tender. Like this dish. Yummy!

Well the since the skin of the duck is use for the peking duck dish.

The rest of the duck is being stir fried with onions. No taste for the duck.

Red bean soup and herbal jelly for desert.
